Tiffiney "PosiTiff" Hall is a survivor advocate, community leader, and the Founder & CEO of her business PosiTiff. Her positive perspective transforms what were once uncomfortable truths into pathways for healing, accountability, and collective strength. The power of her voice has been a key factor in supporting others to reclaim their power.
Through powerful lived-experience storytelling, Tiffiney bridges the gap between personal healing and systemic change. She is known for creating safe spaces, where people are honored as the experts of their own experiences and everyone is invited in to listen, learn, and without judgement. Her approach emphasizes ethical storytelling, community collaboration, and practical tools that promote healing while feeling safe and with dignity.
Tiffiney's leadership extends beyond advocacy. Whether speaking on stages, designing and facilitating healing circles, creating and presenting workshops, and community initiatives that center voice, choice, and connection, she is proof that when truth is held with care, it becomes healing medicine. Her work embodies the belief that healing is not meant to happen alone, but in community because we are stronger together.
Chosen as a Nextstar Media 2025 Remarkable Women Winner, Tiffiney, was also recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Victims of Crime for her work as an advocate in raising awareness about domestic violence.
She was appointed by The Governor of Pennsylvania and sworn-in to serve as a member of the Pennsylvania Victims Services Advisory Committee (VSAC). She also currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Pennsylvania Office of Gun Violence Prevention. She is also a chapter leader for the national organization Crime Survivors Speak.
